Control Arms today says radical changes must be made to the latest draft of the Arms Trade Treaty if it is to save lives. We believe it falls short of what the majority of member states demanded, and looks like a deal cooked up largely by the major exporters. Oxfam’s Head of Arms Control Anna Macdonald said: “The Chair of the Conference has a stark choice to make.
