Cette premi\u00e8re s\u00e9ance s&rsquo;est concentr\u00e9e sur les premiers articles du TCA, soulignant en particulier la port\u00e9e du trait\u00e9 et les dispositions g\u00e9n\u00e9rales de mise en \u0153uvre ainsi que l&rsquo;importance des articles 8, 9 et 15, qui contiennent les responsabilit\u00e9s des \u00c9tats importateurs et de transit et de transbordement pour emp\u00eacher les transferts et d\u00e9tournements illicites d&rsquo;armes, ainsi que la coop\u00e9ration et l&rsquo;assistance internationales \u00e0 l&rsquo;appui de l&rsquo;universalisation et de la mise en \u0153uvre du Trait\u00e9. Cette r\u00e9union a \u00e9galement soulign\u00e9 l&rsquo;importance de la compl\u00e9mentarit\u00e9 entre le TCA et d&rsquo;autres instruments internationaux et r\u00e9gionaux qui traitent des probl\u00e8mes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, de droits de l&rsquo;homme et de d\u00e9veloppement, y compris le Programme de d\u00e9veloppement durable. It aims to provide states, NGOs, regional and international organizations with information about arms transfer- and SALW control-related cooperation and assistance activities and related guidance documents. The aim of the database is to allow these stakeholders to carry out joint work and avoid duplication of effort when planning and implementing cooperation and assistance activities. The activity database currently includes information about arms transfer and SALW control-related cooperation and assistance activities involving partner states from Africa, East Asia, South East Asia, Latin America and the Caribbean, and the Middle East since 2012. The information about activities involving partner states from Latin America and the Caribbean is available in English and Spanish. SIPRI aims to expand the coverage of the database to include other regions in the near future.\r\n\r\n<strong style=\"color: #333333; font-size: 18px;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.armstrade.info\/\">Arms Trade Treaty-Baseline Assessment Project<\/a> (ATT-BAP)<\/strong>\r\n\r\nThe Arms Trade Treaty-Baseline Assessment Project (ATT-BAP) helps States identify the requirements necessary to effectively implement the ATT.
