Director of the Control Arms Secretariat, leading a global civil society coalition working for international arms control. Played a key leadership role in the successful campaign for an Arms Trade Treaty. Formerly at Oxfam for 18 years in a range of positions including: Head of Arms Control; Campaigns and Communications Director; International Campaign Manager; Senior Communications Exec; Programme Manager.
Education: MA Development Studies, Leeds University and BA (hons) Politics and Geography, Sheffield University.
Program Manager for the Control Arms Secretariat, managing coalition communications, membership and outreach, and operational and programmatic support.
Education: MA International Relations and Diplomacy, Seton Hall University and BA Political Science and Global Studies, Arizona State University.
Operations and Finance Manager for the Control Arms Secretariat, overseeing grants and fiscal management, logistics, operations, development and fundraising applications, and regional coordination.
Education: MSc Global Affairs, New York University and BA International Development Studies and BA East Asian Studies, McGill University.
Senior Policy Advisor
For the Control Arms Secretariat, providing assistance and legal advice on a variety of issues including legal analysis of the ATT text, review of model legislation, and assessment of the ATT in relation to relevant international and regional treaties and agreements.
