As States Parties to the ATT met in Geneva for their Extraordinary Meeting, Greece became the 82nd States Party to the ATT, depositing its ratification instrument to the United Nations in New York on 29 February, 2016. Control Arms welcomes the ratification of Greece, the 37th States Party to the ATT within Europe, and will continue working towards universalisation of the treaty within Europe and worldwide.
